Rum
Allowing traditional ageing rules applied to premium Reserva wines, this Vieux Rhum is aged in French and American oak barrels that have been used for the “crianza” of Reserva wines from Hacienda Zorita in Spain´s Duero Valley.
Elaboration
The “jewel” rum from The Haciendas Company with triple aging: 6 years in the Caribbean in bourbon barrels, 4 years in Ribera del Duero wine barrels and 5 years in Brandy boots.
Recommendation
Ideal to drink alone or with ice.

Notes
It denotes a complexity in different nuances, coffee, cocoa, coconut, raisins, figs, toasted almonds and a long journey in the mouth.
